Today was my second day of training at Kmart and I feel like I’m learning things, but also feel like I’ll need a few more days of training just to be comfortable being on register by myself. There’s so much you have to remember, gah! My coworkers seem nice, though I’ve heard there’s a lot of drama, like grown women talking behind everyone’s backs and spreading rumors. Shockerrrrrr. Hopefully I can just stay far away from all of that and still be cool with everyone.

Oh, and apparently my mom’s on-again, off-again boyfriend bought me a car today??! I owe him $150 in 6 weeks for the other half of the $300 he paid for it, so gotta start saving up for that as soon as I get money rolling in. He doesn’t know what it looks like… just knows that it’s a 20 year-old model and was owned by one of his old lady friends who put just a few miles on it everyday. As long as it gets me from point A to point B safely, I’m happy. :p I can’t believe he actually bought me a car, though. He talks a lot of shit about me and my sister to our mom… so this was totally unexpected. But I can’t wait to see it ! FINALLY. MY OWN VEHICLE.

I hung out with my friend Summer last night and she surprised me with these two awesome pregnancy books! I love how organized the first one is (I’ve always had a thing for planners), and it has SO much advice in it for every topic dealing with pregnancy and even has quotes from other moms on every page with advice from their experience. Love it. The second one is like a fill-in-the-blank scrapbook and comes with stickers and such. I can’t wait to fill them out! So, so sweet of her to buy them for me.
